A few weeks ago, I teased you with a pancake recipe… Well, my pancake recipe turned out to be more crepe-like, but I also perfected pancakes. Today, I’ll be sharing the recipe with you, and you can make crepes or pancakes – using the same recipe. By using a little less coconut flour, you’ll create a thinner batter that can be used as a crepe batter vs. a pancake batter. (I told you it was easy!)
This easy-to-follow recipe takes about 20 minutes from start to finish and makes approximately 4 pancakes. Top with your whipped cream and berries!
