You see that?  Me neither!  That’s why I’m hosting a fitness challenge:  “Butt & Gut 30 Day Challenge”

Join me in a 30 day fitness challenge to make our butts bigger and our core stronger!  With 3 rest days and a build up back to high rep counts, this with be challenging without pushing yourself too hard.
